work from artist residency at Joya: Art and Ecología in the highlands of Almería, Spain - Summer 2025

I am a designer, artist, art historian and researcher.

My work follows a process of observing, digesting, moving and then making (with my hands and with the site). I explore object and space making through installation, photography, computer-aided design, wood working and weaving. I am drawn to concepts of play, material experimentation, and the body/land as an archive.

As of late, I am interested in design for future interspecies relationships and the nonhuman, exploring book and layout design, building (infra)structures that promote community resilience, and curatorial work.
